the QE, and the currency printing all over the world,
there might be some disaster in 2-3 years later.

Being cautious is good.

Friend is going to celebrate his 50th birthday
this weekend. I just read some articles from
wechat that life started from 50. Yes, his
new life will start next week. And we will
start our new life soon.

Tried to change a little bit of the habit
to get up earlier and sleep earlier. And
it is hard and improvining. I started 4:50am
today for a 5:55am group running for an hour.
And I get up around 5:00am for Sunday running
as well. Might try to change to everyday if
I am getting older.
