1)Some lenders are requesting waiting period
of 240 days before the next refinance. If
no other lenders follow, then not sure how
they will get all the business.
Question is: whether all the other lenders follow?

2)Currently the lender rates are higher because of
the G-fees. Let's wait after 2nd week of Nov.

3)Which president candidate is better for
mortgage rates? Not sure. But the obama care
money will come from the real estate sales
if it is effective sometime next year.
