Observation after the New Year

January 4th, 2011 7:12 AM by Eric Fang

Hope you guys have a great holidays.

I did enjoy the skiing with my friends
on the Christmas, the New Year's party
with friends as well(also a 50 year old
B-day celabration for a friend).

After the new year, a lot of activiaties:
1)More listing on the market. And the price
is very good(depends on who you are.
It's good for a buyer).

2)The rates are still 0.75% higher from the history
low. But it's 0.5% lower than the recent short term high.
This Friday's report will affect the short term
interest rate. It could lead the rate 0.25% higher
or lower, depends on the report.

3)The Bond market, or the rates are very volatile.
We still have chances to get lower rates.
I will lock the rates for the files I submitted
last Dec. They are not greedy. They need 5/1ARM
3.125% for no cost.

4)Stock market continue the rally. We may see a
correction in Jan as well.
