Mobile Office and Early Payoff?

April 24th, 2015 9:57 AM by Eric Fang

I am in the Gym now(to wait for my trainer) to work on my laptop. But I use my own internet connection, so it will be very safe. I think I like the little device AT&T provided. It is cool.

I just got an email from one client about her purchase documents. I did not click the link yet. And I confirmed with her whether she sent me the link, and she said yes. But I still did not click yet. I would make a phone call first. But her another email seems like legitimate.

I am very cautious and normally will not click a link I do not know. I prefer password protected files with the password my clients provided to me. But if I need to provide my username/password to open the link, I am very hesitate to do that.

Some friends said that their loans were paidoff earlier so they would got penalty. It is very expensive to get those penalties. I would prefer not to do this kind of loans. And at the mean time, I would talk to my clients that they will need to stay with the lender for at least 6 months before another refi.

Can not believe it is Friday again. And my daughter could not wait. She will get her dog back home tomorrow.
