I read a lot of leadership books, self-emprovementbooks, so that we can do better, and learn from successfulpeople.
Here is the list from someone who wants to be successful(not sure whether it works or not):
1. Delete 120 minutes a day of spare time from your life. This can include wating TV, reading newspaper, wasting time on social networks, and doing to "meetings".
2. Exercise for 30 minutes.
3. Read relevant nonfiction(magazines, journals, business books, blogs, etc)
4. Send 3 thnak-you note
5. Learn new digits techniques.
6. Be a volunteer
7. Blog 5 minutes per day.
8. Give a speech once a month about something youdon't currently know a lot about(I did this with my daughter, and she is the only listener)
9. Spend at least one weekend doing nothing but being with the people you love
10. Spend money on only the things you absolutely need to get by.
Speaking of the new technologies, I am using windows 8, not bad, actually, the IE is faster.
I also started using microsoft office 365, which they use cloud technology, so hopefully I can access those files from anywhere. But still I only save the to-do list there.
