I just finished a training class yesterday.
Even though I am doing great on the mortgage(already
one of the top originators in California), I am still
trying to enrish myself and improve my social skills etc.

When I was an engineer a few years back, we had the common
problems how to start conversation with the colleagues,
with the people you met at the party, the people from the
kids' school etc.

I just want to share with you what I learned from the
training. It's called F.O.R.E.

F-->Family.
O-->Occupation
R-->Recreation
E-->Enjoyment

Those are the common topics people like to have, and it will
improve your social skills. Try it and let's see how it
works in 6th month, or one year later.
