I plan to write some articles for the following topics, some of you might be interested.1)What will be the rate trend in the new 5 years? When will Fed stop increasing the rate.2)The history of the Fed Rate in the last 20 years. What were the mortgage rates (Just 5/1 ARM and 30 yr fixed) then? How the bank stocks, builder stocks performed when the Fed hiked/lowered the rates.Will add more topics later on.
