First the rates, It is about the same this week, the only good news was that I locked 5/1 ARM 3% Jumbo for my client. And the rate is only available a few hours in the whole month. And I am glad that I got the rate.

I will run CIM this Sunday. This is my 16th Marathon and 5th CIM. I plan to take it easy and finish around 3:27. My main goal is to qualify Chicago with more cushion time. Also, I will register for Tacoma City Marathon for April 2018. That will be my 6th state marathon.

Finished reading the book:  A walk in the Woods. this week. Starting next year, I plan to register some finance courses, and I will focus depth of my knowledge(not the width). My first class will be financial markets. The instructor is the 2013 Nobel Winner Robert Shiller from Yale University. I will let you know how it goes. I would work my homework assignments, should have some "classmates", the quiz and final as well. Just to experience the classes from those "big" professors of Ivy Leagues.
