On average the rate is lower 0.125% for most of the loan programs today.
If you check my August 22nd blog, I said that I had the gut feeling the rate will be lower on 2018. And right now, the current 30 yr fixed interest rate is only a little bit than history lows.
Also, when the interest rate can not go up too much, the ARM program is not bad as well. But you will have to be comfortable with this program.
