The RE market is a little bit better. I think some buyers are back  to market again. Just have one buyer accepted, and another buyer sold the primary and also the purchase accepted.

The interest rate still stay low, very similar to the rates in the last a few weeks. It is up and down, but still stay within the trading range.

We need to appreciate the life in California, the community we have here, the weather etc. I started to travel around to run marathons across the country, and found California is the best. And even the marathon courses are more beautiful.

So I registered for 2018 San Francisco Marathon. I got the early bird discount for only $98. I know this is one of the 15 toughest races in the world, but I enjoy the feeling of running on the Golden Gate Bridge and around the golden gate, the coast line etc. And it is much cheaper to run a local beautiful course.

So I have 2018 Marathons all scheduled: Jan -- Huntington Beach(Surf City Marathon). May- Mount to Beach Marathon. July -- San Francisco. Dec-- CIM in Sacramento. Another fun year., Yes, I know I scheduled too early.
