It is only a little bit higher. I was right to call the short term bottom of the rate last Tuesday(April 18th). The market confirmed that the interest rate will not go lower. So if you want to refinance, then it is still a good time to lock the rate.
I will week another week off for my running. Then will prepare for Denver marathon next month. After that, will train again for new York marathon in Nov.
