30 Yr fixed back to 3.75%. 15 Yr fixed 3.125% for no closing cost at all. 5/1 ARM , 7/1 ARM jumbo rates are also better.
And bank's earning is not bad for C, JPM, etc. Jumped in to get a little bit more shares. Cramer said financial stocks are "bargains".
