The rate kept doing up. I locked a few loans last week, and some other borrowers are waiting for better rates. When the trend is going up, the best strategy is locking a rate when it is relatively low. Then wait and see. If the rate goes lower in the future, you can refinance again.

So I will run 5 marathons this year. All good ones. Calsbad in Jan. Boston in April. Denver in May. New York in Nov and CIM(Sacramento) in December. I may train seriously for Boston only.

I could not believe how I finished half marathon for :133:05 in 2015. I though I could improve a little bit so that I can qualify for New York Marathon. But I did not PR, so I did not qualify. And my drawing was accepted, so I can still run this November. But at the mean time, I would still work on the half to qualify NYCM. That's my dream. I think I can do it if I can lose my weight a little bit.
