I finished 1/3 rd of this book, written by former google CIO Douglas Merrill.
One thing I learned is "how to use google search". For example:

"Paris Hotels" ~affordable ---> Find affordable hotels in Paris
Digital Camera -Nikon ---> Find non-nikon digital cameras
"Digital camera" $100..$300 --> find cameras between $100 and $300
"Rate Lock" ~"Eric Fang" --> Find the Rate lock email for Eric Fang
"Personal budget" filetype:xls --> find excel files for personal budget
"Paris Hotels" site:nytimes --> Find the links in nytimes.com for "Paris Hotels"

I have a 200GB google mailbox. Even the little tricks can help me to find the email faster.
