Just want to let you guys know what other guys are doing. I locked a lot of rates recently for the rental programs for 7/1 ARM, the rate is around 3.375% to 3.5% for no closing cost at all. This program is good for those rentals with current ARM expires soon.
And 7/1 ARM jumbo is still pretty good too, while 5/1 ARM higher than previous lows.
