Locked one loan yesterday for 7/1 ARM Jumbo cash-out. Not bad rate because of the cash-out. I still have a few loans waiting for the rate locks, like 7/1 ARM 3.0%; Still need to be patient.
Stock market is down again today. I think there are plenty of trading opportunities this year. But still I will focus on my expertise: close more loans.
