7/1 ARM Jumbo Rental Rate is still ok, it is 3.25% for loan amount less than 1 million.
I will run my 4th marathon this year. I should be doing well this time. I finished training without injury, I kept my weight under control, I just had my best time on half marathon two weeks at 1:33:18. So I think I am ready, except that it will rain in the morning.
I will keep you guys posted for whether I will BQ or not.
