Did not realize that the rate on the web site was not updated in the last a few days. The main reason was that the rate did not change too much.

The stock market "crashed" today. The market always needs a reason to go up or down or "crash". And it is always a good idea to pick up good stocks when it is "cheap". But good stocks were never cheap.

Warren Buffett said that you do not need to invest in stocks if you do not plan to hold it for more than 10 years. It needs lot of patience to hold a stock for 10 years. Time flies, and I held some stocks for 7 years now.

Asked my coach about how to run the race this weekend. Here is her reply:
Good luck this weekend and most importantly HAVE FUN!!! Fun is what running is all about. Make sure to smile during the race- smiling releases endorphins and endorphins kill pain! Now for the more serious running advice: Make sure to stick to your BQ pace from the start. Do not go out any faster than that and do not try to bank time. It is much smarter to stick to 7:49 pace and then pick it up at the end if you are still feeling good. Also, make sure to hydrate and take in lots of electrolytes. Electrolytes help prevent muscle cramps.

And most likely I can PR this weekend, hopefully I can also BQ.
