sick leave as long as the employee can get the approval from the manager.
Very interesting. Right? It might be the new trend? And those unlimited vacation days
will be paid.

Fed minutes from the last week saying that the rate hike will be delayed. That's expected from, at least the mortgage industry, that the earliest hike might be December. It will still depends on the economic data. It could be delayed further. Who knows.

 The RE industry in the bay area are cerebrating the higher purchase pricing. But some realtors are concerned the bubble if the job market will go south. It might happen. Is not it?
