IMF "suggested" fed reserves to hike the rates in 2016

So we might not see Fed Reserve increase the Fed Rate this year. The reason was that us economy is still not strong enough.

And I remembered that I wrote a blog a few weeks ago. I do not think the us economy strong enough. So even "if" the Fed will increase the rate, it will only increase a little bit, maybe 0.25% to 0.5%. Then  we will waited for a long time to see how the market responds.

The interest rates went up yesterday. And I got lots of phone calls yesterday and asked the rate. So we expected the refinance volume will go up once the rate went up big and retreated an "acceptable" lower rates.
