One borrower emailed today and saying that the interest rates are down today. And asked me about the current rate.

I told me that the rate does down when the bonds Is up. So this morning the interest actually is up and the rate slightly back to yesterday's level. Still it went up from recent lows.

So do we have any chance to get lower rates? Still possible. But it is hard very to break recent lows, since the trend is for sure, it will go slightly up.
