Though you may not see the rate was up today
from my website, it was indeed up a little bit.
My ARM rate was ok since we have some private
lenders, and they were not affected by the market
that much.

There is a lot of fund while running. The most amuse
news this morning is that while I was running on the
green belt, I heard one dog walker called her dog
as Mermaid. It is a very good name, is not it?

One other news about the industry, Wells Fargo started
ask the borrowers to pay some principals for the HELOC.
This only applies to the new HELOCs. That's a good thing.
But for the loan qualification, it is a little bit harder, since
the borrower will have a little bit "more" debt.
