First bad news, the rate went up so much in the
a few weeks. And the refinance market is almost dead.
Though I still got a few loan applictaions last week,
the volume is almost nothing compared to my normal
transaction levels.

Then some good news,First, my weight was lowered to 172.6
lbs after my Sunday 18 mile run. See the updates of my
running blog at http://ericfang.blogspot.com.

Second, I passed my license test for the insurance.
I will start the business as insurance agent about
one month later. I will choose a starting date either
July 18th or August 18th.

Third, I talked to only a few of the clients about
my decision of doing insurance business. And I got
my positive feedbacks. And they all believe that
I can take good care of them, and they agreed to
switch over at the next renewal time.

For the next a few blogs, I will explain this change(
I will still do the loans; and some of my processors
will help me on insurance). And I will work on the new
website for the insurance, etc; also I will choose
a new company name for the business as well.
Hopefully the new website will be as good as this one.
And it will be designed by me as well.
