This is the article I got from a Mortgage Coach April 2009:

Ever get frustrated and feel burnt out? Never seems to be
enough hours in the day? I know that things are tight and
that you must operate on a budget, but it is a mistake for
you to be doing $10.00 an hour work. Let's break this
down so you can see what I mean. Suppose you want to make
$100,000.00 a year. That means you will be working about 2000
hours (40 hours a week x 50 weeks, leaving you two weeks for
vacation). Truth is you are probably working much longer then
that per week and feeling a little burnt out, right? If you
work 2000 hours and make $100,000, then each hour is worth $50.00
to you. Your job whether you are aware of it or not, is to be
marketing your services, period. All of your time must be
focused on bringing in new business. Anything other than that task
must be outsourced.

That's why I suggested to let the PM manage the rental property if you are busy. That's why we don't spend too much time to find "lowest" deal to save us $20 bucks when we are worth at least $50 per hour.
