Starting last year, I would run a race on the super bowl
day in the morning, then we can watch the game in the
afternoon and get relaxed.

Today's race is a little bit better. My pace is 3 seconds
faster(per mile) and overall I am 50 seconds faster than
my best records. Still pretty good. I can consistantly
improve around 1 minute after the first half marathon,
I hope I can do better. But I think 1 hour 45 minutes
will be my limit, I would just enjoy the running
the rest of this year. It would be wonderful if I can
improve to 1:45 this year.

It's a pity that 49ers lost the game. But I think
they played good enough, not sure when they can be
in teh final next year.

Asian stock market is going up now. Not sure the
market here back in USA money. The bonds over-sold
Friday on the better job data. was not it priced
in the last a few weeks' trading? Let's wait
and see.
