For the past year, I predicted that we should see 15
yr fixed rate will be very close to ARM rate
and would like suggest to change ARM to fixed
if you could afford it.

Like everything else, the rate has a bottom.
Right now, some people were regret that
they did not purchase more rentals when
it was low, but the bottom is gone.

Same for builder stocks, bank stocks, I recommended
at the beginning of this year. Builder stocks were up
on average of 30% to 40% this year. Same for the
mortgage rates, it's very close to the bottom,
and you should serious condiser whether you should
keep the ARM or change to fixed.

Other news. I will run 12 mils tomorrow. Hope to
keep the pace of 8:45(8:45 minutes per mile). If
I can do it, then I can finish 1/2 marathon within
2 hours two weeks later. Also, I hired a coach(and
Olympian coach) for correcting the running form.
The main purpose is injury prevention and run a
little bit faster, if possible. I am not longer
young as those kids.
