I got an email from a prospect that he just locked the
rate with another broker and whether I have better
rate for him?

I told him that I did have a little bit better rate
(his LTV is less than 60%), but I would not work on
his loan. And he started getting mad. I told him that
I hope my clients respect my work and I respect others.

And I also respect my peers. If I allowed him to switch
back to me, First, it will hurt another brokerage
pipeline. Second, I will be hurted in the future
if the market rate is getting a little bit matter(
will he do the same thing?)

I just hope he could understand that.
