You don't have to prove to anyone

Last weekend I got a phone call from a realtor who got
me a good deal on the purchase. And she said that "I proved"
to those naysayers that I could get the short sale done done
for my clients. I told her that she does not need to prove
to anyone else. Your client will know how good you are and
will refer you to the freinds.

It's very similar to mortgage loan originators. A few months
ago, some clients told me that they heard from a mortgage
broker that she had 0% fall-out from the lender Provident
Funding.

I just told her that I am one of top 1% loan orginators in
California(and usa). I don't have 0% fall-out ratio.
For some loans, there are value problems, others deposits
problems and some other problems. And I don't have to prove
to everyone that I am the best agent.I only need to prove to
my client that I can deliver the rate I promised and
get it loan done smoothly.
