This was a Terrific quarter for almost everybody.
Nasdaq, S&P 500 & Dow were all up over 10%. My
bank stocks also had a very decent first quarter.

For the mortgage origination, quarter to quarter
comparison is useless. Since last year had a slow
Q1 start, so this year's Q1 voume was about 3 times
of last year. I know it's a good start for me,
especially after I finished 260 miles running in Q1.

But the most important thing for me is that I have
my weight reached lowest level since 1998. And I can
run train to run faster in the next quarter and
hopefully I can run 5 minutes faster for my
next 10k run in July(I finished Feb run with
50 minutes 41 Seconds).

It is almost the time for the parents to celebrate
the kids' college admission. Congratulations to my
friends who have the sons admitted to Havard and
UC Berkeley. Both kids' and parents' hard work
get rewarded.
