I don't have crystal balls. But I do have common sense
and the knowledge.

I had one clients who asked me to lock lower rate for him
before his trip to China. I told him to have a safe
trip and not worry about the lower rates before his trip
back usa around Thanksgivings. We will not see lower lows
before that.

The economy will not go anywhere, so does the stock market
and the bonds market. The Italy Crisis and the Greece debt
issue is no news at all. It will only temporary move the
market up or down. But not significantly change the big
picture. It will be good market for trades, though.

I did see that we might see lower rates for fixed programs.
But it will happen on the condition of France(if any).

Seems to me US economy will become a little bit better, though
the pace is very slow.
