In previous blogs, we talked about the loan program rotates.We had very good ARM rate for about two months. And now 10 Yr fixed, 20 Yr fixed are getting better. And even 10/1 ARM has very good rate, 3.875% for no closing costat all.
Also, if you have credit score over 760, and if your LTVis over 80%, we can still get you the loans without the mortgage insurance.
