Though the interest rate went up 1.25% during Nov-Dec of 2010. It goes down as expected in Jan of 2011.
Please check with me if you have ARM loans. The rateis almost at the history low now.
We expect the fixed loan rate will go lower as well. But we may not see much lower rate in the next two months.
